These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Essential Water Blasting Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to any individual or entity (“Client”, “you”, “your”, “homeowner”) engaging us for pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and related services. By booking or paying for our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

All services are conducted using appropriate methods, equipment, and environmentally responsible cleaning products. Quotes are based on the information you provide and confirmed on-site if required.
Despite precautions, water may enter through vents, windows, or gaps. We are not responsible for any resulting interior damage unless due to negligence.
We are not liable for damages made worse by or caused by existing defects, such as:

We use biodegradable and eco-conscious products when possible. However, for certain issues (e.g. roof mould, moss), stronger treatments may be used.

We comply with environmental requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (e.g. rain, high winds). We will inform you as early as possible.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled service, a $150 cancellation fee applies. Please notify us in writing by email or SMS to avoid this fee.
Invoices must be paid within 5 calendar days of job completion. Accepted methods:
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service refusal or legal recovery. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing.
When booking online or requesting a quote, you confirm that the surface area provided (e.g. in square metres) is accurate.

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and attempt to resolve it promptly.
We comply with obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. We may pause or refuse service if the site is unsafe.
The Client must disclose known risks (e.g. asbestos, electrical hazards, or structural weaknesses) before work begins.
Clients are advised to ensure their home insurance covers exterior cleaning.
All personal information is collected and used in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020. We only share data with third parties as needed for booking, communication, or payment processing.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be handled in Auckland or via the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal if applicable.
By requesting or accepting a quote, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge your responsibilities and rights under New Zealand law.
